Lets get pledges!!! Our goal is $11401.00!!!The event will be held at Country Lanes Sunday March 7thfrom 1-4pm and 5-8pm. This has been a great event in the past, so let's keep the tradition going!!
LUDINGTON BAND BOWL 2010
It is here! The 2010 Ludington Band Bowl will be held Sunday March 7th from 1-8pm at Country Lanes. There will be two shifts. Attached is a document which has all participants. Students that have paid their initial entry fee of $10.00 will be bowling from either 1-4pm or 5-8pm. The cost of bowling, shoes and food is covered with the participant’s pre-paid fee. Make sure you wear or bring socks! I have put all 6th grade and junior high students on the earlier shifts with all high school students on the late shift. It is important to understand that I have exactly 2 sets of 16 teams which makes it VERY difficult to switch times, so please see to it that you commit to your time.
All pledge sheets are due to Mr. Malt by Tuesday March 2nd. Please do not hand in money before you bowl. After the sheets are collected, the participant will get a copy of the totaled pledge sheet and an envelope with the current amount due. The student will then have one week to collect the money. Money will be due the following Friday March 14th. You can still get pledges after Tuesday march 4th. Just write down the info and I will add it to the original document.
Get into the spirit. This is a fun event. The will be food, pop and prizes. Remember there will be prizes for best team spirit/attire, highest one person pledge totals, high score, and more. I would like to have a couple of parents be there for one or both of the shifts. Please contact Mr. Malt if you are interested. 231-499-7693.
I would like to take the time to thank Sportsman’s, House of Flavors and WKLA and various donors for their help on prizes. Make sure we get the pledge sheets in on time and let’s make this an annual event by making this one successful!
