LHS O-FUNK
The LHS O-FUNK is our basketball band. This fun and crazy band plays all home boy's basketball games along with other athletic events per request. This band is a strictly volunteer organization which basically runs due to the great commitment of our students. In fact, most games are now run by students. Every year the band totals between 45 and 50 members, accompanied by a new uniform every year paid for on an individual basis. This band is also an outlet for our 8th grade musicians. Through hard work, 8th graders are selected to join this band for a real high school band experience. The band plays through halftime of all games and only rehearses before our season no more than twice!
